I have officially finished making Christmas gifts I have officially finished making Christmas gifts (for this year 😜)!! 🥳 Now I can get back to restful pleasure stitching for myself. On this #tbt, I’m going to throw it back to the on On this #tbt, I’m going to throw it back to the one that started it all. 🪡💕 “I believe…” was first seen in @justcrossstitch in 2019 as a winner in their ornament design contest. 🎄🎅🥳 It was not only my first Christmas cross stitch design but my first original cross stitch design ever. Getting selected as a winner was a dream come true for the ten year old inside of me who grew up stitching patterns from similar magazines. And now I’ve designed a total of 15 patterns for Just Cross-Stitch, not to mention numerous others for @sulkythreads, @cottonclubcrafts, and more. It seems I’m not the only one in a stitching funk It seems I’m not the only one in a stitching funk right now, so maybe I can inspire my fellow cross-stitchers with something a little different. 🪡 💕 Introducing my new “Flowers in Stitches” counted thread embroidery sampler, now available in the current Spring issue of @justcrossstitch! This design was so fun to stitch, with just enough standard counted cross stitch to keep your confidence up while teaching you 15 (if I remember right) classic embroidery stitches right there on your familiar Aida cloth. I hope you’ll give this one a try; I can’t wait to see what you make with me! 🤗🌷 (P.S. My first gifted make of the season! 🎄🐰🥰 I made th My first gifted make of the season! 🎄🐰🥰 I made this sweet bunny for my littlest niece with yarn and fabric her late grandma had left in her stash, so it was extra special to see her loving it. 🥰 (This is surprisingly my first time crocheting amigurumi with chenille yarn…I’m not sure I’d choose to do it again, but it was worth it for this time! 😅) I have one more niece to finish a gift for and then I can get back to stitching on some Christmas designs.
